Second hand goods sold and cannot exchange. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!

DON'T BUY FROM THEM!! I had the unfortunate displeasure of buying a shirt from Superdry in Sandton City and upon wearing it the first time I noticed holes in it. Calling the Superdry store I was told they would not exchange or refund the item as it was on sale......meaning they put second hand and damaged goods on sale and refuse exchanges and refunds to cover their own mistakes.

I have bought from Superdry in Dubai and California and have had no issues exchanging clothing at their stores, South African Superdry is just useless.... not to mention ******* considering they do not honor the CPA and by their own admission are not compliant.
