Ridiculous!

I purchased a R2800 jacket from Superdry Sport in the V&A, for my husband for Christmas. He has not even worn this jacket. Superdry is refusing a refund, as they do not have any sizes left or available. This was purchased on 21/12/2017. Steven, I am assuming the store manager, is not of much help either. I waited an entire day to phone me back, after which he told me that Sandton has a size XL (Sandton did not even receive this stock!). Absolutely ridiculous. We frequently buy from SuperDry, as well as the rest of my family, but this was the last time. Will be taking this to Hallo Peter as well.
