Poor Service

I had purchased 2 items from the Sandton store about 1 month ago. Took both the items home, tried them on and they never fit. So took both back both items to the store to exchange for another size. The one item was a sale item which is the issue and there was the manager of the store on duty that mentioned that there policy is to exchange for another size if they have it at another store. Ok so they called around and managed to source one from store Fourways, I was in no hurry for the t-shirt so I asked that they send it to Sandton store and when I am in the area I will fetch it. I live in PTA and made the trip to Sandton 2 weeks later and guess what, the cleaver manager gets a size XXL sent to the Sandton store when it was suppose to be a Large. After arguing and telling Kendal I am not coming back to that store because its out of my way. They took my details and said they will get the t-shirt couriered to me - its been over a week now and I have heard nothing. I have been to the store twice already and for no reason. The service is appalling and your exchange policy is *******. I also insisted if I could take something else in the store, which they refused.
