Pocketless and Clueless

I purchased a pair of SuperDry running shorts in February. The shorts were bought in Dubai. I, however, live in Johannesburg and have no way of returning the shorts to the shop they were purchased at.

The pockets on these shorts are glued on and one of them has fallen off completely, with the same starting to happen on the other side. I took them to the closest shop to me in Johannesburg (Nicolway Centre) where they tried to glue the pocket back on. This process took over two months and the service I recieved from the shop was very poor - they lost my contact details twice and the only time I got updates was when I went into the store to find out why it was taking 2 months to fix my shorts.

Even though I'd eventually had them repaired and returned, I didn't even get a chance to wear the shorts again, as the pocket fell off again whilst in my kit bag. I have once again taken the shorts back and been advised that there is nothing that they can do to fix the shorts. The shop also advised, that since it was an international purchase they could not refund or replace the shorts.

In total I have managed to wear the shorts 5 times. Superdry is supposedly a premium quality brand, but it would appear that neither their service, nor the quality of their apparel is up to standard.
