Official superdry merchandised refused for exchange

I recently recieved a superdry shirt from family in the uk which unfortunately doesn’t fit

It’s official merchandise of superdry uk all tags in tact never worn

I contacted superdry Sa to assist swooping the item for a shirt that fits . They said they couldn’t and that I must take up with superdry.com

This is unacceptable Superdry is Superdry . Superdry South Africa is an official agency direct in line with the brand internationally

The brand it’s self is very expensive this shirt probably costs 700 to 800 rand alone yet they expect me to send the item back to the uk which costs money not to mention the fact that it was paid to be shipped to me in the first place by my uk family

All this all the while we have Superdry here who should assist in exchanging the item for a shirt in store they can address with superdry uk wether to sell themselves or send back to thier supplier

It’s pathetic service I will be forwarding this to Wendy knowler at consumer watch in the event they don’t come to the party . It’s very small request I’m not asking for a credit I simply want a shirt that fits in line with the value of the shirt

Is that to much to ask Superdry South Africa??????
