Mediocre service

It has been 15 days since I made my online purchase and I am yet to get delivery of the item after having dealt with your customer services in numerous occasions with the hopes of getting a delivery but still to date I have not.

I’m utmost disappointed with such mediocre service, will never be making any purchases ever this is sickening.
