*********** and poor customer service

I've approached the store on 29th November 2019 where my husband wanted to purchase a sneaker but they never had his size. We then paid R280 for over night service and sneaker arrived the next day however it did not fit. So the sneaker had to be transfered from their Johannesburg store. Its the 18th December already and apparently the sneaker still didn't arrive. I had to take initiative to call and follow up everytime! Is this not the responsibility of staff??? Staff have been messing myself and my husband around saying the sneaker will arrive on numerous occasions when we get there then there's no sneaker Superdry sport waterfront cape Town are *********** and shows no urgency towards customers. Their client service is putrid and I would not recommend any one to do shopping at this store. Not only are they a waste of time but also money because we've been driving up and down for absolutely nothing and today they said it will be in stoor when we arrived once again there was no sneaker told us it will be there before 5 we waited hours on waterfront only to be disappointed again!!!! And all Warren who is assisting manager could say was he can not get hold of courier company... How passionate are you about your job???
