CRACKED LOGO ON MY HOODIE

I have recently purchased a hoodie/jacket from a superdry store in Spain. I have returned back to South Africa and worn the hoodie twice (havnt washed it yet)

The Superdry logo has begun to crack and look absolutely horrible.

It was a very expensive item and I did not expect it to do this.

I am fuming and would really like an explanation or some assistance in solving this issue.
