Consumer Rights trampled at Superdry

Hi, I would like to know if you understand the consumer protection act in South Africa? I bought 2 t-shirts from your Mall of Africa store which was on Sale. It was the wrong size and nothing else caught my eye. Your staff blankly refused to refund my purchase a mere few hours later even though your terms and conditions clearly state otherwise on your receipt. Their excuse is sale items are non-refundable. I’ve never heard a bigger load of ****. I want a full refund and I will also be loading a formal complaint with the CPA. I’m sure I am not the only dissatisfied customer who has been ********** in this manner. Great way to stuff up your image by trampling on consumers rights!!!!
