Refuses to Exchange Goods under warranty

Bought an Apple iPhone 4S in June 2015, recently the phone would not take a charge and would not switch on. After returning the phone to have it sorted out, the owner alleges that the phone was misused and deliberately damaged. The phone has never been dropped, never misused. It just would no longer recharge or switch on.<br> The phone is still under warranty, and the owner does not want to replace the phone or alternatively pay back the costs of the phone.<br> The owner claims he sent the phone into Apple South Africa, where s alledged the phone was physically damaged, the owner refuses to produce any report or proof that the phone was sent in for inspection to Apple South Africa.<br> I believe that the owner is worming his way out of replacing the phone.<br> I would not recommend using this supplier, he has no ethics whatsoever...
