Supercare Cleaning Services Trashing our Roads

Whilst driving in the Springfield area on Saturday 28th February I was stunned when a SUPERCARE employee in a van waiting at the robots infront of me started throwing ******* out of his passenger window. It was occupied by 3 men (1 Indian driver and 2 African passengers). I think this is a disgrace to our country that others try and keep clean only to be trashed by our CLEAING SERVICES!!!! The number on the van was *** and the number plate is ND 46232. I really hope that something is done about this.
