Employer Misconduct

Supercare's inability to pay their staff(generally cleaners) is an ongoing problem. The cleaners generally earn between R2000-R5000 a month and are obviously low-income individuals. Supercare fails to pay these people month after month without having to face any consequences. The exploitation of these people must come to an end. How can someone that relies on public transport to get to work, that has a family they need to feed and bills to pay, be expected to live through this month in and month out. Some of their employees sometimes go up to 2 months without pay. There is something seriously wrong with this company! If their staff are required to come to work, have not been paid and therefore cant afford transport, then their salaries are docked. But if Supercare fails to pay their employees, there are no consequences. This is BLATANT EXPLOITATION of the work force. Someone needs to do something.
