Superbuy not delivering.

I placed an order on their website on the 6th of June 2020. I received an email from them on the same day with status of Verify_Stock_Warehouse. I checked the status a few times and it stated Verify_Stock_Warehouse. Yesterday, the status changed to Cancelled. No reply from them after numerous emails.
