Surebrake pads fail under emergency braking and does not stop in time, which caused me to have an accident

Terrible brakes when emergency braking(Even when there is enough space to stop, compared to other brake brands). They have failed miserably and caused my vehicle to not stop in time and caused me to have an accident. When watching the dash-cam footage, you can clearly see the car failing to stop. Replaced the brakes and did a emergency test, the car stopped perfectly. The lesson learnt here, always ask if there are any better brakes available than that they recommend you to buy at the shop.
