THE WORST COMPANY EVER - NO AFTER SALES SERVICE!!

<p>Do not waste your time or money buying from them. They are very friendly and helpful when you are an interested buyer but once the deal is done you are *****ed!! And don't bother, they won't read these reviews, they have no customer service s****s. There idea of a helpdesk is, you phone, get's put through to a voicemail that tells you to send a mail with regards to your complaint. You do not ever get a reply! Then when you start phoning them, they keep putting you through to the same number. <em> </em>Insisted in speaking to a human, they gave the phone to the driver!! Then, once they start to recognise your number, the either keep you on hold, or puts you through to a recoring that sounds like and Indian or Pakistanini person saying "Hello...hello...hello...", then the phone goes dead. This is how far they prepare not to deal with cutomers!!</p> <p>I have never come accross anything like it in my entire life and am totally disgusted!!!</p>
