Superb uniwell has got no business ethics

Returned a defected Meto price gun after two days. Staff agreed that the product was defected, they took it to the owner and he said there was nothing wrong with the product. I asked that we look on another Price gun to see if it is the same. He refused and gave my money back. I asked for necesary documentation as well as my old invoice for audit purposes. He then called security to force me out of the building.
