Shocking service

I sent in a machine to be repaired, I was phoned and informed that the cost will be R 1617.28 When I inquired as to what was done to the machine? I was informed that this is the service departments issue and they could not tell me! I requested an email re what was done, I received a quote with no explanation. When I tried to take the matter further I was bluntly informed that I was a ****** and to collect my machine. Numerous attempts to contact a manager have been futile.
