Selling/Refusal to fix damaged goods

We purchased a machine to weigh meat, since we running a butchery. The machine was faulty in that it gave incorrect weight and the price thereof. We took it back, they said they would fix it, when we fetched it again, the machine was not fixed and now it did not print out the receipts. We went back to them and they refused to even see us, the store manager sat down and dranktea in front of us and the very rude lady by the name of Chenel called the security guards for us to be removed from the buidling. In terms of the Consumer Protection Act, we allowed to return damaged goods to the supplier for them to fix them, should they fail to do so, they should replace the machine. They also say the owner of the company is on holiday in Dubai and doesnt have time to entertain such.
