Am straggling to get my refund because of bad serv

Dear Hellopeter.com<br> <br> Kindly note that I asked for my refund after the bad service that I received from Superb on Monday apparently their using first national bank as I do but please note that I did not receive my money and the lady promised to check with her bank and call me back which she did not and when I call the phone is being dropped on my ears.<br> <br> Kindly assist in this regards<br> Innocentia
