Not receiving the after sales support as promised

I purchased to two trucks from Superb Trailer Sales.<br> <br> I only received a two week warranty on the above trucks.<br> <br> Upon delivery I found out that the trucks were not serviced prior to delivery nor did it receive the 20-point check as promised by Superb Trailer Sales.<br> <br> The wheels were damaged (perished rubber).<br> <br> The Aircon does not work and the radios that were ****** were only replaced after a lot of quarrelling.<br> <br> I am not receiving satisfactory service from them and as a business owner myself I expect to receive the trucks in good order and the after sales service that I was promised.
