Beware of con-artist with reasonable quotes.

Accepted a quotation to install 16 channel CCTV cameras at my home. Alvin Moodley, owner, requested 60% payment for equipment when he started with the cabling which I fortunately refused to pay. Said I would pay when the equipment is in my possession. Then took him 3 weeks to do the installation - cited his father dies and then he was hi-jacked with my equipment in his car. During this time did not respond to phone calls or messages. Finally completed the job 90%, paid him in full and he promised to come finish - that was almost 2 weeks ago. Again no response to phone calls or messages! He is a con artist and should not be trusted.
