Poor Service Delivery

I took my jacket to Superb dry cleaners in Simmonds street twice. First time I was charged R150 on Friday I took it again and was charged R150 when I went back in the afternoon to collect my jacket I was told by the owner that I must pay R450 as they are not sure if the jacket is leather or not and that they have to open up the lining to check...I explain to the owner that I received a receipt of R150 and whatever dealings he had with the factory should be sorted out between them. I asked that they give my jacket back as is and they refusing to. I want Hello Peter to assist before I escalate to the Consumer Ombudsman..I am very very dissatisfied with their services. I want my jacket back.
