Super carwash Green Valley - Stinking Attitude
The experience was appalling....the Owner has no customer service skills or people skills to say the lease.
His *********** staff who locks car keys in the car whilst the car is idling for an hour.... doesn't say a thing.
Then another hour was taken to clean the car inside after getting an apology from the manager who said the car wash was free . Only for the owner to show up later and block the vehicle off...being an arrogant a hole... saying my husband doesn't want to pay and that he will call the cops.
Firstly you not losing business for a measly R150....who is gonna compensate for the loss fuel?
Secondly to treat a customer in that manner is disgusting...how the hell do you even expect your business to succeed with that stinky attitude.
Never again will we support that car wash and whomever goes there we will advise them not to.

your car keys were accidentally locked in the car as you did not tell the staff that your car locks Automatically. When you returned with the keys we apologised and offered a free car wash but your husbands rudeness caused the reaction.
