Poor Communication and Lies

Having Spent thousands of Rands at the Brickfield rd Super Tyres, I have since the beginning been conned as to the prices of tyres and rims as well as work performed and charged for, not requested by me, wheel alignments not perfectly accurate, quotations on tyres were always something to compare with other Tyre outlets, apart from Super quick, which was always cheaper. MY last encounter with the manager was the purchase of 2 new tyres to the front wheels of my vehicle as there was a nasty puncture that was Plugged and I felt comfortable replacing 2 x 225x40x18 Zeta R10 tyres. I agreed after been given a price to have these tyres fitted although the old ones had plenty of life remaining. Before I paid for the tyres a pleasant employee of Super Tyres asked me about the service etc not knowing that the price I paid included wheel alignment and balancing of 4 tyres, there was also often a delay of removing tyres and waiting up to 2 hours for tyres not in stock. I would appreciate it if readers took cognisence of my complaints and get quotations before allowing work performed on their vehicles. This is the last time I ever deal with Super Tyres!
