Poor customer service and unsafe work space for consumers

Hi my name is Lebohang Radebe and I live in vanderbijlpark. I bought a loaf of bread from a local tuck shop on Thursday, consumed about half of it with my children then the following mid day as I'm preparing snack realize some white fur inside the slices and it wasn't mould and the expiratory date is 17/05/21. So I decided to call the customer's service of the said company that produced the loaf. So when I called I told the lady that picked my call that I have a complaint about a loaf of bread I bought. Then this lady's response was that the manager is out on lunch and that I should call back after 2pm. So I asked that lady that I'm an unsatisfied customer with their product and should call back. The lady then asked if she could have my contact details and told me she will have the Manager call me back. But till today I haven't had anybody call me back
