Mix experience with Super Spar vangate mall

I've generally had a good experience shopping at Super Spar, with great specials and friendly staff. However, their 3-day return policy on frozen goods is unrealistic and unfair. As someone who buys monthly groceries, including frozen items, this policy can lead to financial losses if products turn out to be spoiled or defective.

In my recent experience, I purchased chicken that went bad, and despite taking it back, the store refused to refund me due to their strict policy. Hello Peter's attempt to mediate a resolution was also met with silence from the store.

While Super Spar excels in many areas, their return policy on frozen goods needs revision. Other customers should be aware of this policy before making purchases.
