Complaint about customer service

I had the worst service there. I ordered my daughter's birthday cake to my surprise I got the cake that I didn't order. They just didn't care. I was told to leave the cake and come back the following day in the morning at 08:00am. I told them that my daughter's birthday was on that day. I was told that if I don't leave the cake and come back the following day there's nothing that they can do. I was promised that I would be called on Saturday by the bakery manager to apologize but nothing happened until today. I had the worst service. I didn't get what I ordered and they didn't care
