Worst horrible service in my shopping experience

Very!!!very!!! Pathetic service I went to purchase a tray of scones on the 14 of April 2022 so I wanted a refund on the next day due to how stale on 15of april2022 due to the inclement weather in kzn I was worried to go to the store so I went on the 16 of April I went to the store I wanted to get a refund but they never get the refund the service was terrible my experience felt like I was told off the scones only cost r30 but they can't gave me a refund I even had a slip
