Bad service

Complaint: Poor customer service at SuperSpar Mooinooi

I am very unhappy with the service I received at SuperSpar Mooinooi on 19 February 2026 at around 6pm.

I experienced poor service from a staff member named Lona. When I asked her why I could not enter my number for Spar Rewards, she responded in a rude manner. She handed me the machine in an unfriendly way and did not assist me properly.

Her attitude was not welcoming, and she seemed irritated throughout the interaction. As a customer, I did not feel valued.

I believe customers should be treated with kindness and professionalism at all times.

I would like this matter to be addressed, and for the staff member to be spoken to or trained on how to treat customers properly. I would also appreciate feedback on the action taken.
