Worst Customer Service especially when it’s time for them to knock off.

I have been very ill-treated by spar today. I had to drive an extra mile to Checkers just to purchase a packet of soup. I went to spar with my sister and gave her my phone for Apple Pay. She kept using the wrong card therefore it kept declining, the teller told her to go to the owner at the car to fix and come back and pay. My sister did exactly that. Everyone watched her run out and in a minute ran back when she got to the door they refused her to step back into the shop by the till to pay for what she left. She explained to the security guards, he then shouted inside the spar to the teller and the teller responded by saying she cancelled what she wanted. This all happened in a matter of 2mins. 19:45 If you are still in that shop they switch off the lights starting from 19:30 by 19:45 the staff will be already outside. Now I’m confused because all the shops in South Africa they close their doors at 20:00 okay fine this spar says they close at 19:45 that’s fine but they should close at 19:45 for customers to no longer come in. I may be corrected if I am wrong. This spar will stop allowing customers to enter as of 19:30, and if you are already inside they tell you to hurry up they are closing then they start switching off the lights at some sections. It is very worrying that I had to drive all the way to Checkers at Castle Gate to get a packet of soup, when I walked in at castle gate all the doors were still open at 19:56 they started preparing to close at 19:58 then I walked out at exactly 20:00 thats when only one door was open for the customers to exit and no one was pushing them out of the door. Spar Elarduspark should be closed clearly they don’t want to work. I have also complained about this branch to their head office.
