SuperSpar Erasmuskloof commits card *****! Please be careful

Super Spar Erasmuskloof de*****ed me by deducting the same amount the next day. They refuse to credit my account, and the very rude manager demands a bank stamped statement whereby he says he will possibly refund me. When I asked him how this can happen without me being there and without my card his answer was "it happens from time to time"? Please be careful when shopping with a card at especially super spar Erasmuskloof! The put *****ulent transactions through with your card without you being there! It's a shame!
