Super Service Rustenburg - Not so super :(
I had a breakdown in March 2022. My cars' cambelt broke (it was confirmed when diagnostics were performed) after my car was transported to Super Service Rustenburg in order for repairs to be done. They gave a quotation and confirmed that they could do the necessary repairs. I accepted the quotation and gave them the go-ahead to do the repairs and also asked them to go through the whole car in order to make sure everything is in working order. Once the repairs were completed I collected my car and after driving for about 9km it broke down again (I would have expected that they test drive the car before handing it back to the customer). I took the car back and had to pay extra again for it to be fixed (as now all of a sudden it was a sensor problem). They phoned me a few days later for me to collect my car and after driving again for a few kilometers my car broke down again. I asked them to fix it (which they say they did) but after not even 2km my car just cut out with no response on the throttle. I phoned them again to tell them I got stuck next to the road, I was very frustrated as it now has been 4 weeks (and more than R16000 later) since the initial breakdown and my car is still not fixed. I took my car back to Super Service and they gave the excuse that they are full and don't have capacity to fix my car - this with having a 6 month guarantee on parts and services as clearly stated on their invoice. It is now June 2022 and I'm still battling with my car. I'm not the only person battling with these people and would definitely not recommend their service to anyone! On behalf of Douw Grobler
