Bad attitude

On Friday 4/5 my husband and I went to Supersave PMB for grocery shopping. Their customer parking is across the street. When we asked the security to allow us to at take the trolleys out as my husband had moved from the parking to park on the side of the road for easy offloading from the trolley's and not have to cross the busy street with the trolley's to go to the parking. The security refused saying trolley's are not allowed out, yet there were trolley's out on the pavement and l am not talking about the ones used by the guys who work for the store. When l asked him so why are the other trolley's out he says \because these people asked nicely". Now l want to know from their management"
