Terrible customer service

I would give no stars to this business. Winston is great as are most of the staff. However, they too are trying to manage under an incredibly rude owner who is arrogant and unhelpful and behaves as though he's doing you a favor selling you anything. He is assisted by an equally weird 'manager" who seems to lord it over the rest of the staff and destroy any attempts to give actual customer service. Neither of them has any idea how to communicate and it's an upsetting experience having yo deal with them.
