Super Meubels?

The worst experience ever! Super Meubels advertised two leather wingback chairs on market place. I phoned to inquire about the condition and was told it was in good condition, that the leather was age-worn, but no damage. We stay an hour and a half away, but left work early and drove through only to discover that the backs and sides of the chairs were not the same as the fronts - a fact that cleverly not mentioned - misrepresenting the merchandise. Upon discovering this we asked for a better price and were rewarded with abusive language, sworn at and thrown out of the shop by a lady who identified herself as the owner. Is this how one treats customers?
