Poor service

Very poor service was told we should only wait around 45 min to an hour , yet of final waiting time were around 2hrs and 30 min. We also had to repeat our order 3 times to the cashier. When a complaint was raised , I was informed that the kitchen were Shocked about the size of my order , ( I have ordered for a household of 7 people ) really????? Also Heard about someone who stays only across the street who waited for more than 2hrs for a delivery Definitely NOT visiting them again even if they are the last shop in town!!!!!!!!!
