Accident report, stationary vehicle crashed by your truck

I have since reported an accident that occurred on 24.12.2024 with one of your trucks that bumped a stationary vehicle and I was promised to be called back and till today I have not had anyone call me back. I have re-escalated the matter to the supervisor of the driver again and again no feedback… I have been majorly unconvinced because of this event and you don’t seem to prioritise anything when at fault. Get the accident report nr from your driver n sort this out…
