Whole day wasted for nothing, service no done

Vw Rustenburg is the worst dealer of vw that i have ever seen. My o deal started 16/9/2020 when a lady by the name of mpho called to book my car. She was very rude and condisending as if i owe them or i am bothering them. Then yesterday my car was booked but never serviced, i guess is either i am a *****, bringing my car and never pay or stupit i don't understand.a loss of my ride for the whole day for nothing. Thats how they are no apology. When i phoned around 1400 the lady there told me my car was not serviced because they could not get hold of me. But i manage to bring the car. Service we get from this hippocrate. To tjem i am just a number.
