what a *******!!

I took my jeep into jeep eastrand boksburg as there were some service lights on, on the dashboard, as all repairs had been done all I wanted them to do was reset the service lights. they had a look and informed me that I had to replace 2 clock springs and a speed sensor at a cost of R18437.04!! I told them that I would leave it as I couldn't afford it and it had no affect on the performance of the vehicle. THEN they informed me that I had to pay R810 for telling me what was wrong with the vehicle!! to make it clear they did not fix anything on the car, they did not do anything to the car, they did not clear any faults, they did nothing except tell me what was wrong with the car and quote me and I had to pay them R810. what an absolute *******!! leaves a bad taste in my mouth that a brand that one should be able to trust can shaft a person like that.
