We dont care!

I get passed from pillar to post by Merc Midrand and Edenvale Nissan, I bought a GLC 220D from Edenvale Nissan and when I queried the spare wheel I was told that the car has run flat tyres. I had a bad puncture a few weeks ago and discovered that that is not the case. I was stranded on a building site and my vehicle had to be collected by Mercedes Constantia Kloof. I raised the issue with Nissan and again they said that according to them the car has run flat tyres. They now making this my problem and they not prepared to accommodate my request. The fact that the CLC and the ML don’t come with spare wheels is not my problem, I queried this when I purchased the car and the wrong info was given. I have two small children and the last thing I want is to be stranded in a bad area our lives are in danger because we don’t have a spare wheel.
