Beware of Jeep in Century City. They are no better than a ***** second hand car dealership. I bought a 2015 Jeep grand Cherokee from them in March 2018. It is now 15August and I'm sitting with a car that I don't want and don't trust. They gave up on fixing the car and just dumped the car at my residence and now are ignoring my emails. After I received the car I took it to a tyre fitment center to fix a puncher only to find out that the tyres only had less than 10% tread left despite assurances to the contrary. They had a bubble and cuts all over them and I was advised to replace them. How this car passed roadworthy I don't know. This is a car that only had 22000 km on the clock. There was various problems with the car including overspray and damage to the paintwork and covers from driving at high speeds on gravel roads but they tried to cover it up instead of fixing it.There was also a knocking noise under the car which Terence Mazzolini (workshop manager)couldn't hear after the car has been to the workshop 4 times. Only after I took the car to another dealer did they easily find the problem and fixed it. It was worn shock mountings which can't be right for a car with such low kms. Manager JacquesTheron and Dealer principal Peet du Preez never even bothered to answer my request to cancel the deal and refund me nor did they even try to fix the car properly. Their approach is take the money and run. No regard for the customer.
