Suzuki Super group Incompetence

You know you always hear this type of things happening to someone else but never have i thought that this would happen to me :(

Am extremely disappointed and deeply hurt by this dealership (Suzuki Boksburg Super group). I was sold a car (2016 Polo GTI 1.8). First day the car had issues but got resolved . Fast forward 3 weeks later : It turned out that the car was a rebuilt, Code 3 NATIS :(.Of which the bank picked up this issue and brought it to attention. I had no knowledge concerning this .I asked countless times concerning the car for previous issues and I was assured that there were none.

This happened because thorough introspection and due diligence was not properly conducted. Which resulted in this inconvenience and misery into my life. I found a car with a different dealership cause i was deeply disappointed with your dealership. However the nightmare begun when the contract needs to closed and i can proceed with a different dealer.

I had traded in my previous car during this transaction and the dealer settled this car of which had a shortfall of 24000. Of which to end things peacefully i agreed to pay so that i can get the car i want since they failed to initially. Now i am being sent to corner to corner trying to resolve this matter and i need this matter resolved as its inconveniencing me and getting a new car. I am constantly calling to resolve this and i receive no feedback.

I am not given options nor an absolute resolve, However your dealership told the bank that i am taking back the car i traded in of which i am not .

so in this situation what should i do or who can help me .

i trusted the brand thinking it will be efficient and reasonable but they proved me wrong. What ever happened to Customer service and sympathy. I was brought to knees trying trying have an arrangement for this issue but am arrogantly been pushed around .

I would like to raise awareness concerning this and employ people not to trust these big brands cause they sold me car that was not road worthy and a s**** and i had put my trust in them . No should ever have to go through this type of depression i went through because of lack of due deligance.
