Supergroup sold vehicle kept the accident history hidden! Dealer Principal keeps silence!

Bought a Volvo Selekt vehicle from Supergroup Autobaltic Nelspruit sold me a Volvo Selekt car with a clean 110 check result whereas the 110 check after delivery of the vehicle brought up major damage and a potential accident history. The matter was reported to the dealer on 24-Aug-2018 through Volvo South Africa as well. There is no proper feedback received yet. the dealer principal is not responding to the mails nor attending my calls.

I am disappointed with the lack of enthusiasm to get this matter resolved with timely feedbacks. As the vehicle is identified as not in a good condition, the same is parked in my garrage, paying for alternative transports together with paying the defective vehile off! This is a major set back for me!

If I had known that the service from Super group was this horrid, I would have gone with a different dealership altogether.
