Super group ******* : new car with no service Package

Bought a Fiat in September at Century City Motors which is a Super group franchise, my car is due for it's 1st service and I am told by the branch that I booked a service with that I do not have service package and have to pay out of pocket. None of this information was communicated with me and is not on any of my documents. I have been calling Super group at 011 ********** and emailing them, no one responds.

Help me get them to respond to email, Fiat South Africa refers me to them.
