Poor poor after sale service.

Bought a VW Polo 2015 1.6 from Suzuki Midrand and I traded in my Audi A4 2.0 Tdi Se.I received fines that was obtained in the Kemptonpark area amount of R1000 in total.When I phoned the branch I was told that Shaun Sewpel was driving the car and he was responsible.I phoned him and he said if will be sorted out.Today is the 8 of Feb a month later the car still on my name.The car was never dealer stocked.This means there still can be more fines there is e-toll roads that was used with the car etc.If the car was dealer stocked from the word go or just the number plates removed and permits fitted all this bad things could have been prevented.I am not satisfied with the level of service from the dealership and I will never in my life recommend to any of my family or friends to use the SuperGroup to obtain a vehicle.
