Nash Nissan

I am having terrible service from Nash Nissan Alberton. 11 Months ago I ordered a new key for my Nissan 350Z. I had to pay upfront. My car was in the dealership for 3 weeks and nothing happened. They keep promising, but NO KEY. I complained to Nissan South Africa and was told to take my car in, as the have sent them a key. Three weeks again and nothing. My sparewheel was changed and they deny that.
