Horrible service from Mazda Rustenburg under Super Group

On the 9th of September I bought a car at Mazda Rustenburg (Tiguan All Space 2.0), I was told the car has maintenance plan, should I experience any issues I can take it to any VW dealership they will fix at no cost. In October the car started giving me suspension, I took it to VW Midrand, and I was advised the left drivetrain is damaged needs to be fixed, however they are also picking up that the left drivetrain that was installed on the car at the time was not a genuine part, so maintenance plan will not be able to cover it.

I alerted Mazda Rustenburg (Mike) about the issue I am experiencing, he advised he will take the car to Rustenburg, and they will fix it. He picked up the car and on the 24th of October and returned it on the 26th of October. On the 09th of January 2023 I experienced the same issues on the same side again, I took the car to VW Woodmead on the 11th of January 2023 to check what is the problem. They also advised that left drivetrain is faulty, and it is also not genuine, so maintenance plan will not cover the cover.

I notified Mazda Rustenburg (Dannyboy this time) and telephonically we agreed I must forward the Quote he will settle the bill. Then later they requested me to tell VW Woodmead to put back the faulty part and take the car back to Mazda Rustenburg.

I did not feel confident that they are going to use the genuine parts, as on two occasions, two different VW dealers advised the parts they used were not genuine. I told them they should rather pay since car was already fixed. I paid to release the car and sent them an invoice with my banking details.

They refuse to refund me and advised they wanted to fix the car. Which they had a chance and no genuine parts where used. I feel Mazda Rustenburg falsely, misled and were deceptive representing by telling me car had maintenance plan and all, and mechanical issues will be repaired by any VW dealership.

I have the mail trail communication between VW Woodmead and Mazda Rustenburg, and the part that was replaced that VW advised it is no genuine after confirming with VW head office. Regards,
