Dissatisfied and disappointed.

Very dissatisfied and disappointed with fiat midrand. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle that was classified as “accident free”, in March 2022. The vehicle has gone back to fiat 6 times and counting. I have not had any accidents with the vehicle. Due to the amount of problems I've had with the vehicle I am actively looking to get a different vehicle but upon getting 4 independent valuations, these all confirmed that the vehicle has been in an accident and the vehicle has had a total respray. When I purchased the vehicle, I made sure to ask if the vehicle was in any accidents, which I was assured the vehicle was in no previous accidents. With the vehicle having gone in 6 times, and there being a new problem every time, this has not been a pleasant experience. I purchased this vehicle from a dealership, I expected the condition of the vehicle to be on par with the dealership's quality. I have been stuck without a vehicle and on the side of the road multiple times due to the vehicle going into neutral and not going back into gear, alone as a young female. (this is still an ongoing problem) I feel I was misled because I am a young female that has no background with the mechanic industry and although this may be true, I will not accept being taken advantage of for a sale. I filed a formal complaint and my preferred solution. I was offered a new vehicle but an increased premium which is out of budget, besides the breach of trust, I have not had any acknowledgment from fiat. I have followed up with no response.
