Car was sold to me with ******* registration & no disclosure of prior damages

I m writing this complaint as I exhausted all my options with the dealership, the group "SuperGroup" and the manufacturer "Volvo South Africa".

I bought Volvo S90 last October from Leon Motors Rustenburg and from the first week I started to get problems with the car, the warning signs, I informed the dealership and I was advised to ignore the warnings and enjoy the car, this was the least of my concern what was about to happened next, I was stoped on a road block in Sandton and was taken to the police station as my car was registered white instead of blue. I called the dealership right away and managed to get the car and myself out of the police station with a warning that I m not allowed to drive the car until this is resolved.

The dealership took a month and a half to resolve the registration issue. During this time the car was parked and I kept on paying the repayment to the bank. To be honest I was relieved that the issue is resolved and I can finally use my car. As I started to use the car; more and more problems started to appear, the electronics will freeze, won't work at all, the volume of the car will remain on maximum, the boot won't open, the car was pretty much unusable. I regularly reported all these issues to the dealership and to date nothing has been resolved.

I have been very reasonable with the dealership even though I had very bad service from the word go. To make matters worse, I took the car for wheel alignment and only to realised the wheels were extensively repaired prior to the sale. 2 wheels were bent and one cracked, this was not disclosed to my during the sale as it was a demo car, the car was supposed be either delivered in proper condition or disclose the problems, should I still buy the car, it would have been my decision.

After all this saga, I realised, this is too much for me to continue with this dealership, I fear I will have problems with them after what I have gone through besides I would like to exercise my right as "Consumer Act" to cancel this whole deal and get me a car I can use.
