Absulute bad service and rude managers

Bought a car from Loinel motors the car is fualty making noises and sometimes does not want to start they dont want to refund nor replace I had it with them 8 times now and stil nothing is fixed they now want to say the car is up to specification but they only replaced bonnet rubbers and wheels
